No matter the perfume ... Pivaudran provides the packaging

Cartier, Dior, Chanel, Paco Rabanne, Burberry, Vuitton, Guerlain, Rémy Martin or even Van Cleff and Arpels made in Souillac...

For more than 70 years, Pivaudran has been designing and manufacturing aluminum parts for packaging in the Beauty and Spirits sectors.

G. Pivaudran is above all, since 1948, a history of successful evolutions and transformations but also a history of women and men devoted to the values of quality, respect and progress.

To quickly materialize projects, the creation of plans, models and tools are carried out on CAD/CAM stations associated with numerically controlled machine tools or 3D printers.

After a meticulous development by experts, high production rates are ensured thanks to transfer and semi-automatic presses, flexible lines and robotized machines.

The modern and functional unit allows to realize a wide range of polishing finishes on numerical control machines, multicolor anodizing on automatic and manual lines.

The assembly, assembly or laser engraving are carried out on specialized automatic machines. Printing (screen printing, hot stamping, etc.) and decoration (double anodizing) are also integrated.

All these operations are linked and planned in an efficient Supply Chain dynamic, thanks to an Integrated Management Software Package.

The Pivaudran company has 200 employees, working on two production sites in Souillac. These two industrial units represent 15,000 m2.

The grandfather Georges Pivaudran started his activity alone, by annexing the family garden of his parents, shoemakers in Souillac.

Then Jean, their son, joined the company in 1962, before taking over the management in 72, with his brother Philippe, who in 1984 became director of Solev, their new company.

Marc Pivaudran will be involved in project development from 1995, before managing the Pivaudran company from 2006.

Pivaudran exports worldwide.
