Located on Place Adrien Barralis, the Musée de la Crèche was created by volunteers from the Maison de Pays de Lucéram et du Haut Paillon association.
In an authentic setting, the Museum presents to the public over one hundred and fifty creations, from the humblest to the most prestigious, animated, Provençal, in fabric, in matches... as well as cribs from all over the world, from Africa, Egypt, Morocco, Bolivia, Peru, Europe... including a very moving Neapolitan crib from the collection.
As for the santons, in various materials such as baked clay, but also knitted, made of clothespins, wood, fabric, cougourdon seeds, wrought iron and even chocolate, they combine beauty with the unusual.
During the Circuit des Crèches, organized over the Christmas period, the Musée de la Crèche is open daily and free of charge.
Outside this period, please contact the Maison de Pays.
