Le Limouxin, a weekly that's always in the news

France's oldest local weekly still in business
It was in 1822 that the first issue of the Journal de Limoux appeared, distributed as a simple newspaper of legal announcements.
Since then, the newspaper has grown and developed into Le Limouxin, a true local news paper.
On August 24, 2000, Le Limouxin entered the Guinness Book of Records, being recognized as the oldest active local weekly newspaper in France.
