e Museum " The arts of sugar and chocolate Yves Thuriès ".

In 1989, one year after opening his pastry laboratory at the top of the medieval city of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Yves Thuries, twice Meilleur Ouvrier de France, in two different disciplines, a unique feat in the world of MOFs, founded the Musée de l'Art du Sucre.
Located in the Maison Prunet, this museum houses beautiful pieces of multicolored sugar.
About a hundred works are exhibited, on themes as varied as the Middle Ages, Nature, flowers, mythology, tales and legends...
A treat for the eyes... and the sense of smell, especially since many of the pieces have won prizes in major national and international competitions and are presented in an original setting with carefully studied lighting.
Chocolate is not forgotten.

Finally, to conclude this visit, a gourmet tasting of the specialties will be offered around an exchange on the know-how of the house in the store.

To complete your gourmet experience, and if you reserve in advance, you can ask the sugar and chocolate specialists for a demonstration where they will share their secrets with you. (Exclusively for groups of 10 or more and up to 25 people per demonstration).
