Hello Angoisse...

In the heart of the Dordogne, between Périgueux and Limoges, the village of Angoisse, a member of the Community of Communes " du Pays de Lanouaille " is a warm and friendly town .

As opposed to his surname.

The heritage

First of all the Château Bouché, overlooking the Loue valley, which houses underground galleries and has only kept a square tower from the 14th century which bears the arms of the Talleyrand-Périgord family.

Another castle, that of Rouffiac, listed as a Historic Monument, dating from the 15th and 17th centuries and rebuilt in the 19th century.

In Angoisse, you should also take the time to visit the church of Saint-Martin, built in granite and in Romanesque and Gothic styles.

You should also see the pond of Rouffiac or lake of Rouffiac-en-Périgord and its leisure centre as well as the oval barn of l'Echinlerie16, a vestige of a bygone rural architecture.

Not forgetting to take a tour of the Périgord Nature Park, which attracts many visitors every year.
